Each tent has an open-plan lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The private bathroom includes a walk-in rain shower. Some tents have a hot tub on the deck. Beds are comfortable with crisp white sheets. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, and an electric blanket. Outside there is a private braai area and a picnic table. Views are of the river reeds or forest.

A small kiosk by the pool sells pizzas, hot chips, and ice cream. Another shop at reception stocks basic supplies like firewood and drinks. Guests who want more variety can drive 20 km to Swellendam for groceries or restaurant meals. The on-site restaurant menu is limited to pizza, fries, and ice cream, and it may close early or be unavailable on certain days.

The property has two outdoor pools with water slides and a separate kids' pool. Sun loungers and poolside pads are provided. For an extra fee, guests can use the putt-putt course, hire kayaks, or go quad biking. Fishing in the Breede River is free. There is a children's playground with swings and a jungle gym. Bird watching from the deck or along the river is popular.

The camp is located 20 km from Swellendam, where the Sonderend and Breede rivers meet. It is 50 km from De Hoop Nature Reserve and 105 km from Cape Agulhas Lighthouse. The nearest shops and fuel are in Swellendam, a 15-minute drive. No public transport stops at the property; guests need their own vehicle. Parking is free and accessible.

Housekeeping is provided daily, usually in the late afternoon. WiFi is available but not suitable for streaming. Laundry service can be arranged. Check-in and check-out are handled privately. Firewood for the hot tub and braai must be bought at reception or brought from Swellendam. Drinking water is not supplied; guests should bring their own bottles.
